when will it arrive?
95% of orders are delivered within
15 days of dispatch. You get a tracking link when it's dispatched.
what does delivery cost?
We deliver to the UK only, for now: £4.99, free on orders of £50 or more.
will I pay import duties?
Not on orders of £135 or less. Over £135,
import VAT and duty may be charged on delivery; they're set and collected by HMRC, not by us.
can I change or cancel my order?
Yes, until it's printed: write to us
straight away with your order number. After that, you can return it instead.

can I return it?
Yes, within 14 days of delivery, unworn, for any
reason. Email us first; return postage is yours, and we refund the item and the standard
delivery you paid.
it's the wrong size
Return it within 14 days of delivery and
order the size you need. We refund the first one when it's back with us.
it arrived faulty or misprinted
Send us a photo within 30 days of
delivery. We reprint it or refund you in full, and you don't pay to send it back. refund policy →
the clothes
which size should I get?
Measure one you own, flat, and compare it
with the size guide on the product's page. Each product has its own: a hoodie doesn't fit
like a tee.
what are they made of?
Each product page lists its fabric and care.
The prints are DTF: the design is printed on film and heat-pressed into the cotton.
batches
how many are made?
As many as are ordered while the batch is open. None after it closes.
how long is a batch open?
Between two dates, shown on each batch in
the shop.
