Terms of service

These terms apply when you buy from ENTR0PY (entropy.supply). By placing an order you agree to them.

1. Who we are ENTR0PY is a trading name of Varco Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales, company number 17521881, registered office 124-128 City Road, London, England, EC1V 2NX. Post to us at Varco Ltd, 124-128 City Road, London, EC1V 2NX; our email is hello@entropy.supply. "We" and "us" in these terms mean Varco Ltd.

2. What we sell Clothing printed to order. Each design is drawn by our code from one public number (a pulse of the NIST Randomness Beacon); we choose which designs are printed, on which garments, where and in which colour. Product photos show the design and garment as closely as we can; screens differ and garments vary slightly. Some product photos are made with AI from the print file.

3. Batches Designs are sold in batches, each open between two dates shown on the site. When a batch closes we don't print its designs again, except to reprint an item you bought that was faulty.

4. Orders and contract Your order is an offer to buy. The contract is formed when we email to confirm your order, and it is between you and Varco Ltd. We may decline or cancel an order (for example if a price was clearly wrong, or if we can't make it); if we do, we refund you in full.

5. Prices and payment Prices are in pounds sterling and no VAT is charged. Delivery is shown at checkout before you pay. Payment is taken when you order.

6. Discount codes A code applies only under its own conditions (for example, the 10% welcome code: once per customer, first order, for subscribers to our list). Codes can't be exchanged for cash.

7. Delivery See the shipping policy. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.

8. Returns, cancellations and faults See the refund policy. You have a legal right to cancel within 14 days of delivery, and rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 if goods are faulty; nothing in these terms limits them.

9. Our responsibility We're responsible for loss or damage that is a foreseeable result of our breaking these terms or of our negligence. We don't exclude liability where it would be unlawful to (including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud). We're not responsible for business losses: our products are for personal use.

10. Intellectual property The designs, the ENTR0PY name, the [0] mark and the site's content belong to Varco Ltd. Buying a garment doesn't give you rights to reproduce its design.

11. Your data See the privacy policy.

12. Changes We may update these terms; the version on the site when you order is the one that applies to that order.

13. Law These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you keep the protections of the law where you live, and can bring proceedings there.
